At Beauty Cleanse, we believe skincare should feel simple, transparent, and reassuring. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about orders, delivery, ingredients, and returns.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Once dispatched, your delivery time depends on the option you choose at checkout:

🇬🇧 UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail or Evri):
2–3 Business days - £3.99 or FREE on orders over £40
- Express UK Delivery
1–2 Business days - £4.99
- Next Working Day Delivery (order before 12pm, Mon–Fri):
1 Business Day - £6.99
Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next working day.
If your order is placed before a weekend or bank holiday, delivery will take place on the next working working day after dispatch.

Please note: any customs or import fees are set by your local authorities and may apply on arrival.
🌍 International EUROPE Orders
We currently do not ship to EU countries.
My parcel hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll help track it for you immediately.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your parcel, we recommend:
- checking with neighbours or household members
- checking safe places or delivery locations
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or theft. If needed, we can support you in opening an investigation with the delivery provider.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work quickly to prepare orders for dispatch, which means changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to support you.
How do I know my order was successful?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with:
- your order number
- a summary of your purchase
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes - we offer:
- FREE UK standard delivery on orders over £40
- FREE USA, UAE & Canada delivery on orders over £120
Free shipping thresholds are calculated after any discount codes are applied.

Beauty Cleanse formulations are designed around ancient botanical intelligence and modern skin science, combining time-honoured plant-based ingredients with contemporary formulation methods.
We focus on:

At Beauty Cleanse, every formula is created to support skin balance through modern skin burnout awareness and plant wisdom.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — all Beauty Cleanse products are:
- 100% vegan
- cruelty-free
- PETA-certified
We never test on animals at any stage of development or production.
Where are your products made?
All Beauty Cleanse formulations are developed and produced in the UK in collaboration with industry-standard cosmetic formulators and safety assessors to ensure high-quality, compliant skincare.
Are your products “natural” or “clean beauty”?
Our products are formulated using 100% naturally derived, plant-based ingredients.
However, we don’t define Beauty Cleanse through “clean beauty” labels and buzzwords — instead, we focus on:
skin balance, barrier support, and long-term skin comfort.
Where do you source your ingredients from?
We work with a carefully selected network of British suppliers, prioritising ethical sourcing, transparency, and quality at every stage.
Where possible, we support local British suppliers to help strengthen local manufacturing ecosystems and reduce unnecessary supply chain impact.
Do you use upcycled or waste-derived ingredients?
Where possible, we incorporate upcycled botanical ingredients that would otherwise go to waste by other industries.
This helps:
- reduce agricultural and production waste
- support circular sourcing systems
- maximise the value of natural raw materials
We see this as part of a circular beauty approach, where nothing in nature is overused or wasted unnecessarily.
What is circular beauty?
Circular beauty is our approach to formulation and sourcing where we aim to:
- reduce waste in ingredient sourcing
- use materials more responsibly and efficiently
- support regenerative and low-impact supply chains where possible
It’s about designing skincare that respects both skin and environment — without compromising performance.
Why do you use botanical ingredients?
We believe in using high-performance botanicals because they offer:
- complex nutrient profiles
- naturally occurring fatty acids, omegas, vitamins, and antioxidants
- compatibility with skin barrier health
Our approach is not about trends — it’s about reclaiming your skin's balance through plant intelligence combined with modern formulation science.
PACKAGING
What packaging do you use?
We are committed to reducing environmental impact wherever possible. Sustainability is considered at every stage, including packaging.
Our packaging includes:
- glass bottles (infinitely recyclable)
- aluminium tins (infinitely recyclable)
- FSC-certified cardboard boxes
- recyclable protective and wrapping materials
Every element is chosen with longevity, recyclability, and sustainability in mind.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is thoughtfully packaged with:
- bespoke tissue wrapping
- eco-conscious presentation
- the option to include a personalised gift message at checkout
We do not include pricing information in any parcels.
PAYMENTS & DISCOUNTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure checkout using:
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
- Debit & Credit Cards
- Klarna (UK available)
How does Klarna work?
We offer Klarna as a flexible payment option, allowing you to:
- split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments
- or choose to pay later, depending on eligibility
Klarna performs a quick eligibility check at checkout. All payments are handled securely through Klarna’s system.
How do I use a discount code?
Discount codes can be entered at checkout before completing your purchase.
Please note:
- codes cannot be added after an order is placed
- discounts do not apply retrospectively
- express checkout methods may skip the discount field — please ensure you complete checkout fully to apply your code.
I used Klarna — how does my return affect payments?
If you’ve paid using Klarna, your refund will automatically be adjusted by Klarna once your return is processed.
We recommend pausing or adjusting your Klarna payment plan via the Klarna app while your return is being reviewed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
We hope you love your Beauty Cleanse products, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
We will offer either:
- a replacement
- or a full refund

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days once received
How do refunds work?
Once a return is received and approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
It usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I return a product if it doesn’t suit my skin?
Because skincare is highly individual, we are unable to accept returns based on skin reactions or personal suitability.
We always recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully before purchase. If you need guidance, our team is happy to help before you order.
What if my order arrives damaged or leaking?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or leaked, please send us the proof within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
We may request photos so we can resolve the issue quickly. In most cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return or replacement costs.
For all other return requests, shipping costs are not covered.
Do you offer refunds for used products?
We are unable to accept returns for used products due to hygiene reasons.
However, if there is a genuine issue with your order or product quality, please reach out and we will always assess it fairly.
My parcel is delayed — what does that mean?
Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to:
- high order volumes
- weather conditions
- courier delays
- public holidays
If your parcel is delayed beyond 7 working days, please contact us and we will investigate and track it for you.
